The Dorbert can accommodate multiple commercial tenants and is currently structured with two commercial street level (and street front) retail units consisting of approximately 2,400 square feet each. Office space and parking are available to all tenants. Both commercial units have 20 foot ceilings, HVAC’s (servicing each unit individually), large street front display windows, access to rear parking, access to the alley way, bathrooms and offices.

The Building is zoned for a variety of commercial uses, including retail, restaurant, banking and other financial services, bar, night club, professional services, business support services, equipment rentals, heath services, indoor recreation services, entertainment and vehicle rental services (and others uses not listed here).

Additional commercial space is available on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The Dorbert is a well known and visible building in Banff. Locals frequent the building, visitors pass by its doors from early morning until well into the night.
